Pixel Scrapper April 2017 Blog Train - Raindrops and Rainbows

Hi!  Long time....no post.  Sorry about that.  Real life happens.  I do have something to share this month for the Pixel Scrapper Blog train though.  I do have to confess...my contribution may be a little off compared to everyone else.  We were given the color palette and instructions to keep in mind "watercolor" and "fantasy" so mermaids came to mind so I ran with it.
